With years of hands-on experience and a commitment to detail, I take pride in providing high-quality, comfortable lash services that last. While lashes are my specialty, I also offer a range of beauty treatments including waxing, brow laminations, and lash/brow tinting — all designed to help you look and feel your best. Whether you’re here for a full glam lash set or a quick brow refresh, you can expect a warm, welcoming experience tailored just for you. CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Booking & Deposits • Full Set Appointments require a $150 deposit at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of the service. • Appointments are not secured until the deposit has been received. ⸻ 2. Cancellation Policy • Full Set Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. • Fill Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Late cancellations (less than the required notice) will result in a 100% service charge to the card on file. Deposits will also be forfeited. ⸻ 3. Late Arrival & No-Shows • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late will be marked as a no-show, and the appointment will be canceled. • No-shows will be charged the full price of the scheduled service and will not be rebooked in the future. ⸻ 4. Card on File Requirement • A valid and updated card on file is required to book and hold any appointment. • Clients who refuse to provide a card on file will be refused service. This policy exists solely to protect my time and business. ⸻ 5. Lash Preparation • Clients must arrive to appointments with clean, makeup-free lashes. • If a lash bath is required, it will be done during the scheduled appointment time, which may reduce the time available for lash application. Appointments will not be extended to compensate for cleansing time. ⸻ By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all policies listed above.
